Stainless steel reinforced post and large opening with easy lock/unlock ring. Fibre reinforced engineering grade nylon offers strength, resilience and reliability. Inner support rotates with the rod to be instantly removed and "strike" simultaneously. Includes 241 Combination Side/Deck Mount and can be mounted on top or side of gunnel. All post mount Scotty Rod Holders are fully adjustable up and down and with 360 degrees of horizontal rotation. Designed for big game fish like halibut, musky, salmon, sturgeon and other large/medium fish species. Striker Interior Diameter: 1.70" front, 2.06" back. Mount Dimensions: 4" x 2" x 2".
