Ingredients: Each box contains a 4.2 oz packet of Hi Mountain Cure containing the following ingredients: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0 oz Hickory Blend Seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with malto-dextrin, dehydrated soy sauce [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt] and spice extractives. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
