Chard Casings are designed to provide uniform volume and size which ensures consistent drying of sausages and evenly controlled cooking. Easy to use and quick to load onto a 3/4” or 3/8” stuffing tube. Chard Collagen Casings come in three varieties: Fresh, Smoke, or Mahogany and are available in 17 mm, 21 mm, and 32 mm.
